We’ve removed your pasted Crash Report from this post. Crash reports are of little use in a vacuum. It is far more important to submit the Crash Report with your email attached so it can be reviewed in full by the engineering staff. Additionally, posting this much text into a forum post breaks several forum features, including translation. Lastly, Community Experts are not likely to scroll dozens of pages to review the information here. If you feel you must post a report in addition to submitting it via the dialog, please use an attachment instead.

Thank you for your understanding.

At a bit of a loss, Lightroom, Lightroom classic and Bridge keep crashing on me on my pc, lightroom and Bridge crash as soon as i open them, LR classic as soon as I try end export. I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled, i've also tried rolling back the versions a couple, still the same. I've got crash logs a for all three which i'll post as a reply, If anyone can interprit them as to what the heck might be causing it, Id really appreciate it.

As of now I'm getting too close to burning the house down to kill the spider

many thanks

I am running a vpn, but other than that there shouldn't be anything.  And I can't do anything as it just crashes on launch with my old catalog or a brand new one.

I've received several requests back from engineering regarding your crash report.

Is this computer currently behind any proxy server or behind any other firewall?
Are you trying to open a previously signed asset from Camera or in ACR or Ps?

Are you trying to sign the content from inside of Lightroom?

Thanks!

Run out of options now. Adobe needs to step up now and resolve this quickly directly with you.

Open Settings, then System > Display > Graphics

Here you will see a heading Customised settings for applications

If Lightroom Classic is not listed, you will need to add it by clicking the [Add desktop app] button. Navigate to Program Files > Adobe > Adobe Lightroom Classic, then select Lightroom.exe and click Add.

Click on Adobe Lightroom Classic in the list to expand it and change the GPU preference setting to High Perfomance, close Settings and try LrC again

Ok, so this issue is being worked on? Any idea what the timeline may be for this kind of thing? What can I do in the mean time?  I mean I'm paying the subscription for something I can't use.

I understand that should be the case, is there some way you determined that the video card is the issue? Sorry I don't know how to read these crash reports.
