P: Crash Print Module (7884024)

So, in order to access the printing module I have installed Lightroom Classic, and am syncing my Lightroom catalogue down to it from Adobe Cloud. At the moment, left to its own devices, doing nothing but syncing, lightroom crashes every few minutes. The main error message is to do with the catalogue - which is being written to an external harddrive.

So far, I have:

- uninstalled and reinstalled

- disabed GPU

- deleted preview cache

I'm running out of ideas at this stage. The program is wholly unusable as is, and has already wasted hours of my time.

Any fixes, or do I just give up, uninstall and get my refund?

From Engineering:

"This is hardware specific error, not caused by LrC.

Can we ask the customer to follow some Windows troubleshooting with regards to external hard disk that he is using.

@Tim238868876z6j  Do you experience the crashing if you have Sync turned paused?
