Issue: 

  • Lightroom Classic 11.3.1 and 11.3
  • OS Version Number: Windows 10 21H1


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Lightroom Classic
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. See the crash window

 

Expected result: Lightroom Classic working normally
Actual result: Lightroom Classic not working at all.

I'm sorry but I don't see how I can solve this at all with that reply. Where I am supposed to find the way to fix this ?

I'm trying to update but the answer is flagged as spam apparently because of the error log: resetting preferences does not change the outcome

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
