P: Crashes when selecting Help>Lightroom Online...

I asked this question 2 weeks ago but got no response so I am asking it again here. Suddenly on two of my pcs, one of which is a completely clean installation, when I click on Lightroom online within the help menu, Lightroom crashes and closes. This cannot be a one off because it started on both pcs at the same time. Has anyone else experinced this problem and what is the solution?
Within photoshop, Photoshop online does not cause this problem

    I am suprised that no one from Adobe is answering this question or asking for more details. I have just read a post from someone else who is experiencing Lightroom crashing, and they have had useless help. Would not be suprised if Adobe are aware of the problem but don't have a solution.
    Both my system are Windows 8.1 with loads of memory, and everything up to date.
    And I have done an uninstall of Lightroom and then reinstalled it
