Since upgrading to v13, the export of images doesn´t work anymore. I always get this message:
$$$/CRaw/Error/Unknown=There was an unknown error. (1)

I´ve tried reinstalling it, but its also couldn´t solve my problem.
My system is Windows 11, 64-Bit version . All Drivers are up to date

I am having this same issue. The "$$$/CRaw/Error/WriteFile = There was an error writing the file. (1)

I have been searching for answers but everything coming up seems to say to "wait it out" while they fix a bug? Is that accurate? I don't have any updates I can do on either LR or my computer. I was exporting fine two days ago and then all of a sudden this happened. Are there any other updates for how to fix this?

For the "what it's worth" catagory, I opened a dng file with almost no processing on it and exported it 10000 by 13000 aprox. Reduced the size by half and it exported. Note, it took about a minute for the develope screen to open once the image was selected so I had to wait a while till that stablized. (Not responding message) I then added a subject mask and tried the same save again. Got our same message again with no export. The catalogue has about 7500 images with many being dng pano's of various sizes. As the catalogue gets bigger the program seems to slow down. The fact that dng are the worst type of file to touch makes me wonder...

We are still unable to reproduce this but do have a ticket open to track this. Assigning bug number and updating status.

Got the same error in Lightroom 13.0, when trying to export big panoramas (2 or more rows).  Ended up going back to Lightroom 12.5.  That fixed the problem, but I lost my catalog that was upgraded to 13.0.  Had to strat a new catalog...

I always export a large, high res version and a small web-sized, shareable version of each photograph to be delivered to clients. Recently, the large one's are exporting fine, but the small versions have around 15 per job that are failing to export correctly. I've discovered that once the longest side is over 2500px it is ok. I have installed and re-installed the app and nothing has changed, it all seems very odd and I would greatly appreciate finding a solution.

Many thanks

What are the export settings in the Lightroom Classic Export dialog box for the smaller web-sized images?

This is a problem for me too. Pano dng files. Not all but majority that I have tried to export to disk. Lightroom has be come terrible to use when handling panos. Started off about 6 months ago and is now almost not useable.

Argh, STILL having this issue.  When is a fix likely?  I'm trying to export a client shoot and it's super awkward!  My files with errors seem to be ones I shot the day before the upgrade, that have been edited.  Any not edited are exporting OK.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting the issue.

We would need some logs from your machine to investigate further.

You can find the logs in here "~/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/CameraRaw/Logs/"

Kindly share us the logs you see in this folders. If no logs are present, kindly open LRC and try to replicate the error by exporting the files and attach the logs here.

Thanks!
