P: "Ctrl +," shortcut keys

Lightroom Classic CC for Windows (7.0.1)

The shortcut keys "Ctrl +," are doubly assigned.

1. Preferences
2. Zoom out

If you press the key, the environment setting opens.

In addition, the operation of the zoom in key "Ctrl +." Is also strange.
The result is different from Lightroom Classic (2015).

In the German language version CTRL+, is either Preferences (Voreinstellungen) or rotate left (nach links drehen (gegen den UZS)).

Please create a new topic for that, including a lot more detail about what you're observing.  This is almost certainly a different issue from the problem of the Zoom Out assignment.

Are you running LR in Japanese?  That appears to be the only language in which Cmd+, is assigned to both Edit > Preferences and Library View > Zoom Out.

If so, you can workaround the problem by changing the shortcut keys yourself: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/custom-keyboard-shortcuts/

Adobe doesn't seem to do any quality assurance on keyboard shortcuts for languages other than English, since it has made such mistakes many times.
