P: Delay after selecting Export

My watermark is a graphic png and not text.  Being a graphic matermark there is no option in shadow to uncheck.  It is greyed out. 

My watermark is an image and not text so that option is not awailable.

Maybe you need to make a video and post it. Because the answers from staff here have been more like "prove it becuase we can't replicate so you must beliying or it's your fault...". Anyway, Phase One, here I come...

Edit the watermark in the Watermark Editor. Is Shadow checked?

If so, try unchecking it and redoing the export -- does it now go at normal speed?

It seems like exporting with a watermark is causing more problems then exporting without one. I tried to export 1200 low res images with a watermark today and it took 3 hours!!!  I had to stop all my work which really put me behind today. Normally it would take 3 minutes.  This time it took 3 hours!!!

@jm68902488, are you exporting with a watermark?

Yes Lightroom is exporting so slow now, I can't use it with version 12.  Will have to roll back to 11.4. 

My exporting is so screwed up now after updating to V 12.  A 5 minute export of low res files took 3 hours today!!!  This is insane.  You did it again Adobe.  Sent out an update with bugs that slow down performance to the point that I can't use my computer any more.  Will have to roll back to vs. 11.4.  I hope you can fix this.
