P: Edit In Full Screen creates inaccurate image position when pressing [-] [+] Keys

Since the latest version of Lightroom I can no longer edit an image in full screen. After pressing F to enter the full screen mode then pressing the > key to move to an adjustment the full screen image only displays a small rectangular part of the image in the top right hand corner.  Seeing this on both my Imac Pro and MacbookPro.

Also since the previous version of Lightroom pressing the I key there is a discernable delay before the information is displayed when the catalog is first opened. It used to be instantaneous. Again on both my Imac Pro and MacBook Pro.

Lightroom Classic 12.3

Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1

I found a fix...it worked for me...

Find application .exe > Right click > Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > Check "Override high DPI scaling behavior" > Choose "System"

The crucial part is to choose "System" and not "System enhanced". That is where your problem with the "working file" comes from.

I have this same problem. Did you ever find a fix? Thank you

Hi all, when I open a file to edit on LightRoom it opens on a very small window on the top left. Seems like a bug. Anyone else have this problem? See image. Thanks

Greetings all,

Updates for Adobe Photography products have been released.  The June 2023 updates contain a fix for this issue.

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

Thank you for your patience

Ever since this 12.3 update, I have constant trouble viewing photos in full screen mode. As I move from photo photo, I inevitably get a black screen with a very small piece of the image in the upper left-hand corner (see attached screenshot). This never happened before and it slows down reviewing photos because every time that happens, I have to minimize the screen and then go back to full screen in order to be able to see the image. Clearly, this is a glitch in the software.

The are cross-referenced to two separate bugs right now in our system. For the time being, we will leave them separate @johnrellis

@Rikk Flohr: Photography, these symptoms are very similar to this bug:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-bugs/p-edit-in-full-screen-creates-inaccurate-image-position-when-pressing-keys/idi-p/13756869

While in full screen, invoking a command and the screen goes black, except for a small rectangle at the top.

I was able to replicate this failure and have logged a bug. Thank you for the report.

That's the top left hand corner of the screen, not the right.
