I am dealing with the same issue. Please keep me posted on any updates. Every time i trt tonadd a preset it would give me the error "Some Masking models faild to download, please try again later." This is with Version 14.3. I currently reverted back to 14.2 and so far so good but would love to know when to update. Thank you so much Adobe team.

Morgan's temporary fix worked for me - went back to the previous version and I'm back in business!

Thanks @johnrellis -- this would have been useful information to have from the original Adobe response team. I've done as you suggested and indeed the CameraRaw directory is there. But, I am reluctant to change the name of any directories esp in a hidden folder so will wait for Adobe to fix the problem....and in the meantime will start looking for another photo editing solution. I can't afford any more surprise delays when I am expected to turn around content. That's bad business (ahem).

Estou com o mesmo problema desde Sábado 26/04. Já tentei o suporte e nada de resolverem. Acredito q essa última atualização veio com esse bug. Entrei no creative cloud e baixei a versão anterior 14.2 e voltou a funcionar

@kim_6454@tracey0D4Drolling back to LR 14.2 avoids the problem. (I'm not able to pin this post.)

@geologydlbjr: "There is no Library directory under Users/[username]."

The Finder hides it by default.  To get to that folder, in Finder do the menu command Go > Go To Folder. Copy and paste this line:

 ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw

Gettting the same "Some Masking models failed to download. Please try again later." message while trying to Copy/Paste settings (that don't even involve any masks) from one image to another. I have updated to latest versions of MacOS and LrC. Then tried to uninstall and reinstall the LrC program app. And restarted MacBook Pro. Issue still exhists.

@KrishnaMaithreya There is no Library directory under Users/[username]. The only place Library/Application Support/Adobe exists is [HD]/

@geologydlbjr
We expect LrC to create CameraRaw folder if there isn't one upon opening the app. Can you confirm if the location you're searching in is "/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/" ?

Can anyone share the logs located at "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/Logs" ?

Error might be seen if some models such as object selection are not getting downloaded upon opening LrC. So if anyone can also share the ModelZoo folder located at "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/ModelZoo", it would be of great help.
