P: Fix Import From Another Catalog Window (Unable to scale to choose selected folders)

when importing from another catalog the window that helps to chose folder can only be expanded vertically and not horizontally. this causes a lot of issues in viewing the folder structure and selecting the right folders to import into new catalog.
