P: Hang with disabled network connection

Product: Lightroom 6 (not CC) on Windows 7 64-Bit

Bug. Attempting to start LR6 with a DISABLED network connection results in a hang that does not clear even after reboot. The only solution I've found is to remove a .slc from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache. This forces re-registration of the product.

The desired behaviour should be the same as removing the network cable. This lets LR6 carry on working without a internet connection.

This was fixed in the CC 2015.1 / 6.1 Update.

Hello,
after upgrading to Lightroom CC 2015 the programm freezes after the start on a win 7 prof. system. On top of the programm window it says (no feedback).
Lightroom runs if the system detects a connection to the router (ipcop) or if the Network cable is taken from the system. It doesn't run if there's a connection to the switch, even if every component in my small Network (3 PC's) is turned off.

For a very short time I had a Task called "Bezel" in the Task bar while Lightroom was frozen.

Can anyone help, please
