P: Library collection panel scrolls unexpectedly when you duplicate/rename/delete a collection set

When you're viewing a collection set of smart collections in the Collections panel, if you duplicate/rename/delete a collection set, the viewport seems to scroll up to the bottom of the highest open collection set... The viewport should stay put on the collection set I am currently working in during these operations and not scroll for me. This can become very tedious as I make 5-7 smart collections with every collection set that I create!

Unlisted YouTube screencast of my Collections panel during these operations: https://youtu.be/AE8R_MGG3uY

See this bug report, Select multiple collections bug, for similar symptoms when you command-click a collection.  I haven't merged the topics, because it's not clear it's the same bug.

The issue is still in-progress (see the top of this thread). While most occurrences have been fixed, there are still a few lingering places where this happens.

This still occurs for me whenever I rename a collection that is currently NOT selected: https://youtu.be/zKW5vJmnYII

This should be fixed in the CC2015.8/6.8 Update. Give it a try and let us know.

I don't have a Windows machine to test on so that extra test is much appreciated! And thank you for filing the bug!

I was able to duplicate on Mac but not Windows.  A bug was filed today.  Thanks for the Demo Video!
