P: Lightroom becomes non-repsonsive after launching

Every time I start LR classic 14.1 on my M1 Mac (macOS 15.1) the colured spinning ball starts ~ 1 minute after loading & LR is thereafter non-responsive.

I have uninstalled & re-installed LR

I have spoken to Adobe twice for 2 hours each time.

Turning off everything in the start up menu and sequentially reinstalling and rebooting each time did work initally

Setting up a new profile is to no avail. As soon as I am asked to log in to Adobe it crashes.

Does anybody have any idea what is going on. LRC works on my Macbook Pro?

This started on 20th October and is driving me mad.

Apple have tested the system integrity and cannot find any problems

No Log was received.  To where did you send it?

It can be found at:

I have done a complete LR & PS uninstall and deleted Creative Cloud. There are no LR files in my Library.

A fresh install worked perfectly, but once again LR has started to crash!!

Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostics are running.

I am so despondant.

Many thanks Rikk

I have to process my images from Japan, but every time I touch LRC it become unresponsive!

I can see Adobe Creative cloud Diagnostics running on my desktop.

I was tempted to do another complete uninstall but will wait for Adobe's response.

I am a long-stading LR user and have never had any such problems.

I have 16GB Ram and 512 GB free on my 1TB HD

I've located your crash report and generated a bug with the Classic team.
