Can you post the CR3 and the DNG to a file sharing service (Creative Cloud/DropBox/Etc) and post a link for us to obtain the files for engineering review?

Thank you very much. Indeed the new update solved this problem, I also like the new masking tools in LR a lot. Cheers.

Greetings,

The Max 2021 Photography products updates have been released and include remedies for this topic.  The updates will be rolling out worldwide, October 26 and 27, 2021. If you do not see the updates in your Creative Cloud Desktop app, you can refresh the apps to see if the updates are available in your region.  The keyboard shortcut to refresh is [Cmd/Ctrl] + [Opt/Alt] + [ R ].

Note: iOS and Android updates may take up to a week to appear in your App Store.

Thank you for your patience.

Thanks a lot, it would be great if you could check.

I created a dropbox link for the files.

Files are:

Example_Sequence_9416.CR3 --> Original sequence of photos from Canon RAW burst, this file can only be opened by Canon DPP (as expected, we are supposed to extract CR3 files from this sequence).

Example_9416.CR3 --> Regular CR3 file extracted from the file above using Canon DPP. This file can be opened by any Adobe product (Lr, Ps, etc).

Example_Sequence_9416.DNG --> This is a DNG file exported by Lr, from the regular CR3 file above. This new DNG cannot be opened by any Adobe product. I cannot even preview it while attempting to import.

Thanks again.

Sorry for the typo. The last file is "Example_9416.DNG".
