P: Lightroom copies and pastes unchecked settings (tone curve)

When I copy the settings and only check "color adjustments" and then paste the settings onto another image, it also copies and pastes the tone curve, even though it's not checked. This has always been an issue for me and I would appreciate if someone helped, as I have to enter the settings manually on every photo. I am using Windows 10 if that's relevant.

When I apply some of my presets they're applying settings that are not included in my preset.

For example I have a preset called "Post Crop" which only has post crop vinetting settings checked when I built the preset. When I apply that preset now it changes the exposure and other settings to a different value.

I've tried deleting the preset and building it again. It works correctly for the first few times but then after a few times it starts acting weird.

I've never seen this happen before.

Just a thought, there is a bug when applying presets when Auto-Sync is activated in the Develop module. Are you working with Auto-Sync activated and have multiple image files selected?

To build on Denis' reply, see this bug report:

The workaround is to go to Library Grid view (g), select the photos, and apply the preset using the Saved Preset menu in the Quick Develop panel.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
