P: Map module doesn't handle HDPI correctly (Win 10)

I have Lightroom 6.2 on a Windows 10 machine with a 4k monitor, set to 150% scaling. Whenever I drag & drop a photo (or group) onto the map module, the item is placed below and to the right of where I dropped it. It _looks_ like the drop location is being scaled by about 150%, relative to the top-left of the map pane. Existing items appear to render in the correct location on the map, and mouse interaction with the map appears to work as expected, so this problem _seems_ to be limited to drag & drop.

This has not fixed it for me (markers still appear differently to where I drop them), and has caused a regression - the map now has a massive black bar at the top of it taking up around half the map area. Here's a screenshot:

Confirmed fixed for me. Thanks!

This issue should be corrected by the Lightroom CC 2015.3/6.3 which is available today.

Any idea on when this would be solved?

I have a Windows 10 machine (Surface Pro 3 i7) with a 2560 by 1440 external monitor with scaling set to 125%. I'm running the latest version of Lightroom CC (2015.2.1).

In the map module, whenever I drag & drop a photo (or group) onto the map, they get pinned below and to the right of where I drop them relative to the top-left corner of the map. If I then drag the pin (this only works for single photos) I can then place it correctly.

Any photos that have already been tagged seem to be shown in the right place.

The below image shows this problem, including two pictures A and B that I have placed and then Lightroom has recorded further east and south of their true locations. Item C is fine (in the top-left corner)

I can also say that I'm working on a high resolution monitor (eizo 4K), so this problem is indeed the same issue. Thanks to the moderator(s) for merging this!

Dragging a photo to a place in map module places photo in wrong location.
No longer possible to add location to a photo this way in Lightroom CC.

When I put photos on the catographes (Map) they do not appear and do not take the coordinates of where I deposit them but much lower. This problem is since the 6.2.

I am able to reproduce this problem, and I've notified the engineers.

Thanks,

I've verified with David that he is also using a hi-dpi monitor set to 150% scaling. I will investigate.

Thanks,
Ben
