P: Moving AI masks "Feather" or "Edge" sliders records a history step EVEN when no change is done.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Select an Ai mask

2. Move any of the Refinements sliders from form the current value to another one and back to the current value but NEVER releasing the slider.

Actual Result: A step is recorded in history but nothing changed from step 1 and step 2, the value chosen in UI is the same.

Expected Result: Moving AI masks "Feather" or "Edge" sliders DOES NOT record an history step when the UI value is the same as before.

Addendum: There is floating point difference in the values when moving a slider back and forth to the same value but it should not matter.

<rant>@Adobe do you test the releases at all??? This is not the first bug of this type (where history was needlessly created), this should have been made an automated test for any existing and new sliders and also part of the manual testing… This and tons of other bugs (small and not) that shouldn’t get past even Beta and RC phase that show up in final releases leads sometimes makes me wonder about quality of your dev process… I’m sure it’s not true, but sometimes it feels like it’s developed by 1.5 outsourced devs in the evenings using 4yo AI model… I’m obviously exaggerating, but some of the bugs are so instantly visible/encounterable that only has 2 explanations:
    1) it was known, but approved anyway (which is unacceptable)
    2) testing was done as “doesn’t crash on launch” - PASS

Especially annoying is when you decide to release a patch version X.X.1-2 for some relatively unimportant fix, while important fix that you should be able to do in time gets postponed to next point release in 2months. Maybe it’s time to move to monthly releases so we at least don’t have to live with rolling beta bugs for long...
