P: Presets can't be deleted if a post process action is active in the preset even if action deleted

There is a bug ion Lightroom classic where you cannot remove a preset. Regular Presets remove fine on the export panel, but if it has any Postprocess action (I use Jpeg Mini and Metadata Wrangler ) you cannot remove the preset. Even if you remove the post process action, you cannot remove the preset. When you select it the remove stays greyed out and the action activates automatically (even if you removed it a few seconds ago from that preset).

The only option you have is to select the preset (remove is greyed out) right click and delete.

I think this is a bug and confusing users. The remove option should be not greyed out and work properly when you want to remove a preset even if an action is bound to it.

I see that misbehavior too on my LR 12.0.1 / Mac 12.6.1.  Exact steps for Adobe to reproduce the problem:

1. Install the Metadata Wrangler plugin.

2. Create two Export presets, one without and one with the Metadata Wrangler as a post-process action.

3. In the Export window's Preset panel, select the preset without the post-process action and observe that the preset stays selected and the Remove button is enabled.

4. Select the preset with the post-process action and observe that the preset doesn't stay selected and the Remove button is disabled.

See the attached screen recording.
