P: Rotation of images in Library of Lightroom Classic CC

As far as I am aware this is a new issue with the new Classic version installed today. If you rotate an image, or group of selected images in the Library all appear to rotate, then some revert to their original orientation. Cannot at present spot any consistent pattern as to which of multiple images are affected. Trying to rotate these images subsequently over-rotates them. Opening a 'incorrectly rotated' image in Develop shows it in the correctly rotated orientation, but still shows it in the original position in the library. Subsequent rotation seems to solve the problem, but it's not a solution. How did this get through Beta?

Pity the testers didn't find it ...

Thanks Chris and John, we are able to reproduce the issue in house.

Thanks,

I just observed that too on my test catalog, rotating about 300 images as a batch. In my quickie testing, restarting LR seems to correct the glitchy rotation of the thumbnails.
