P: Starts With … text filter on captions or filename incorrectly matches words

14.5 just came out and... STILL the bug is there. It's a simple bug to fix (I'm a sw engineer) but a PITA to live with. Why??

v14.4 and still the same odd behaviour:

"ends with"- or "start with"-filter matches words of the text not the complete text.

This can't be that difficult of a fix. I have thousands of captions created with this search pattern in mind and it's a PITA to have lots of other photos match when I'm searching for that set.

14.3 and still no fix.  Can this please get some attention !

LrC 14.1.1 and this is not fixed. Shame on Adobe.

A different aspect of Starts With/Ends With also broke in LR 13.3:

As with this behavior, it had originally been broken and fixed somewhere between LR 7 and LR 8.3, and then broke again in LR 13.3. I wonder if a developer accidentally restored an old version of some code and introduced a true bug regression.

Sur Mac, je viens de faire la MaJ vers LRC 13.5 et j'ai remarqué un bug : 

- lors de la création d'une "Collection dynamique"

- avec un filtre sur la propriété "Nom de Fichier" le critère "Commençant par" fonctionne désormais comme "Contient". 

A connaissance, cela fonctionnait jusqu'à la version précédente, c'est donc une régression de la 13.5. 

Pouvez-vous corriger rapidement ? (enfin moins lentement que d'habitude)

Also the "Ends with" filter on a caption does no longer work. It returns the same as the "contains" filter.

I too observe this change in behavior from LR 13.2 and previous versions. It also affects Keywords Starts With.
