P: Straighten tool cursor disappears when in Soft Proofing mode

When using the straighten tool on an image, clicking and dragging does not show the straighten line when in Soft Proofing mode. This is happening in Lightroom 10.3, on macOS Big Sur.

    I can duplicate the issue on LrC 10.4 and macOS 11.5.2

    Can confirm this is still happening on Lightroom Classic v10.4 & macOS Big Sur
