P: Wrong keyboard shortcut shown for Create Virtual Copy in Japanese

In Japanese, the keyboard shortcut shown for Create Virtual Copy in Library and Develop is "Shift + Command + y" but should be "Command + Shift + Y". (It looks sloppy to not follow LR's convention.)

 

Changing that on Mac will automatically change it for Windows to "Control + Shift + Y".
