Adobe keeps failing to cancel free trial

 So I recently tried out the 3D Sampler free trial Adobe was offering and I tried it once and now I want to get rid of my free trial before it starts charging money. Whenever I try to cancel it, it keeps giving me an error. Look at the image to see what it says.

Hello everyone. I solved the problem! I used a different browser and it worked! So theres no need to comment anything.

Well I was attempting to try and make a 3D model using image.
