Hello,I seem to have lost the ability to create Collections in my account.Previously, I created a Collection and later deleted it. Since then, I can no longer find the button or option to create a new Collection and organize my images.Is this a temporary issue, a bug, or is there a limit after deleting a Collection?Has anyone experienced the same problem?Thank you.

Does this herringbone pattern look right to you?  Sampler is the buggiest software I have ever used and the fixes take months if not years.  I end up spending countless hours trying to tweak and in the end it is unusable.  Please get your act together.

Running Sampler v5.1.2 on AMD Threadripper Pro, WIndows 11 Pro v 10.0.26200 Convert Image to Material -> add material from local machine -> crash

I just installed Substance Sampler 3D. Before that, i took a look on some guides on Youtube, and all of the people there had a button "Generative" on their left toolbar, which allowed them to write a prompt and generate textures for further work. I dont have this button in my app, even though i have updated it to the last version, and even reinstalled the app.  Why can this be? I´m using panels. fasteners are off but they still bleed and gap in not working. its not alligning correctly  

I don't really know how to describe this correctly but basically after opening an image to be converted to a material using AI I can see it loading but once it's done I'm just left with a black mesh and no textures whatsoever 😕😕 This is on windows 10, RTX 3070ti laptop

 So I recently tried out the 3D Sampler free trial Adobe was offering and I tried it once and now I want to get rid of my free trial before it starts charging money. Whenever I try to cancel it, it keeps giving me an error. Look at the image to see what it says.

Hello, I have a problem with the visibility of the mesh. Every time I create a new project I can't see the mesh and materials on the viewport, everything is black, both in the 2d and 3d view, the only thing I see is the grid.The version of Sampler is the latest available and I use windows. The problem occurs with both New Project and Empty Project

HiI can't save new values for Ambient Occlusion Strength and Delighting Intensity.Everytime I change the value und save the file, the value jumps back to the default 0.5 and 1.It literally jumps back to Default, if I hit strg + s or change the filter.It doesn't work in a complete new File as well and the actual reset button doesn't even work for the values.Something seems really off at this point. Adobe Substance 3D Sampler V 5.0.3GPU: RTX5000 Ada + actual DriverCPU: i9 14900KFRAM: 64GBWindows 11, newest Version 

Hey,GPU acceleration doesn't work anymore in Substance 3D Sampler. I have to deactivate GPU accelerated Neural Networks or 3D Sampler crashes because of the Image to texture (AI) tool.PC Setup:Intel Core i9 14900KF64GB RAMNVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada (newest Driver included) I already deleted the App/Roaming/Adobe/... etc folder and restarted everything, but still doesn't work.Old files don't work either when updating the file.I'm clueless. 

I'm using the default brickwall layer and terracotta. The height map is not displaying correctly on a plane but somehow is correct on the shirt mesh. Is there any way to fix this? I've already had to uninstall and reinstall because the different concrete textures were not displaying correctly

All my drivers are up to date on my computer and this machine has a very fast CPU and graphics card with 128 GB of RAM so there is no way it's a performance issue. I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it with no success. Any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated! I also went ahead and attached the crash log.

Hello, so my Substance 3D Sampler is saying "Hardware Incompatibility detected" Even though my pc passes all the requirements. Aswell as i have my Nvidia GPU updated to the latest version (576.52)

I had an issue with the substance sampler while creating various patterns of wooden flooring. When I started editing a wooden material, I have added wood finish and Parquet options to try many patterns, but expect the english named pattern none of them are working. In the tutorials provided by adobe is showing some preset but which is not showing in the current version instead it shows pattern mask and none are working please let me know the issue.

Hey everyone,Just wanted to point out something I noticed with the latest version of the Tile filter in Substance Sampler.In older versions, the tile gap could be set really narrow, which made it super useful for realistic tile work (especially for ceramic or terrazzo surfaces). But in the updated version, the gap looks much wider by default, and it seems like you can’t reduce it enough to get that subtle joint anymore.I’ve attached two images to show what I mean:The first one is from an older filter with a more realistic jointThe second is using the new version, and the gap is just too thick for most real-world useWould love to see an update that lets us set the gap smaller again — or ideally just bring back the older behavior as an option. It used to be great for photorealistic renders, but now the joints just look a bit cartoonish.Thanks!

 I try to add emission color but nothing happen. I start with empty material, filter to create a metal material then apply in setting emission color to blue.Path tracing is enabled. Any idea ? Thanks for you assistance 

My PC meets all the requirements, it's even considered "optimal", what is going on? Which version should I install? This is my first time using this software. All the other Adobe softwares work just fine.

Open Sampler, create project. Drop pre-made material onto sphere mesh and get really wonky / glitchy surface behavior: spikes and scales.  Graphics issue?

Hi there, after weeks of trying different drivers with my 3090 and now 5090, it still crashes. In the main overview I get the message "Substance encountered a problem and needs to close". I have already sent the bug report multiple times but still I get no updates unfortunately. Could you help me please, I really need the program to run. Currently I run on the 572.83 driver version. The issues started with the update to the 5.0 version of Substance Sampler. Kind Regards

Hi, new here.  The meshes are not working correctly. I cannot use or see them in the viewport. I've tried importing different file types, creating various meshes, and nothing works. Am I missing something? 

Any reason why this new version (5.0.0) is glacially slow and significantly slower than the previous version on MacOS (M1 Max 32Gb, Sequoia)? UI, selection, scolling is extremely laggy (at least 1 second delay for any drop down or UI element), zoom and pan is extremely stuttery and lags even if only 2D is displayed.Not hitting any memory limit, still free memory with zero swap.Sampler has always been a bit chuggy on MacOS but this is a significant performnce decrease.

I haven't been able to export this material I made. Every time I try, it stops the export and gives an error symbol. It finally worked when I tried deleting the Clone Stamp Layer. That doesn't solve my problem since I need that layer but hopefully explains something of the issue. I'm using version 5.0.1 on Windows 11.
