Substance 3D Sampler 5.0.3 crash issue : the app doesn't launch

Hi,

I am trying to install Substance 3D Sampler 5.0.3 on my MacBook Pro M1 MAX, but the app automatically crashes when I try to launch it. The only report I can get is from MacOS and I have copied the info in the attached file. Can you please help me solve this issue?

    I finally reinstalled the last version, then i have deleted the folder /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Substance 3D Sampler and now it works.

      There is no folder named like that in this location because I have completely uninstalled the application. Do you want me to reinstall the last version and then delete the folder Adobe Substance 3D Sampler that will be probably created automatically in this location?

      Can you try to remove data here?

      /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Substance 3D Sampler

      Hi, 

      It was an update from a previous version.

      I try to remove the app properly and reinstall the  previous version 5.0.2, but same issue.

      Then i remove completely the version 5.0.2 to install the revious version 5.0.1, but same issue.

      Then i remove completely the version 5.0.1 to install the revious version 5.0.0, but same issue.

      Then i remove completely the version 5.0.0 to install the revious version 4.5.2, but same issue.

      It seems that something is preventing the app from launching because I can see the splash screen appear in a very short time before the error message appears.

      Here is the message i get from the app :

      Hello, i've the same configuration and MacOS and all is ok on my side . I did the update by the cc app. Let me know if i can check something else

      Hello,

      Have you ever had another installation of Substance Sampler before working on your machine? Is this an upgrade from previous version or a fresh install?
