"Incompatible with the device" but my PC meets all the requirements

My PC meets all the requirements, it's even considered "optimal", what is going on? Which version should I install? This is my first time using this software. All the other Adobe softwares work just fine.

On which version of your drivers are you currenlty?

Some version of Nvidia drivers (572.42 and 572.47 for GeForce and 572.16 for RTX pro) make sampler crash at launch, we make that popup window appear when the version detected is one of those.
