Hardware incompatibility problem

I cant get to that menu due to my substance sampler not even being able to run even if i press run anyways, it just immediatly closes

It is on the top left :

where would i find this help menu, im new to this?

Can you share your logfile so we can look deeper into your issue and where it can come from ?
To export your logfile go to Help menu > Export Log.
