Adobe Sampler " An error occurred while processing dataset"

Good day, I have a problem with Adobe Sampler. All images prepared according to the specifications, however, I still get the error " An error occurred while processing dataset". I have a video, I can send. Please help me and fix it.

i've seen many vidoes of people uploading iphone photos and it working fine

Thanks for the report.

 

Error with 3D capture is usually due to the dataset. From the video, I can see that the object seems to be a smartphone, and considering how it reflects lights, it unfortunately doesn't surprise me that the reconstruction fails.

 

I usually advise this advanced tutorial regarding lighting in general for 3D capture.
