Ambient Occlusion gets artifacts if Preserve Tilling is turned on.
The artifact are best described as a faint impression of a gabled roof top.

Add a diffuse repeatable concrete wall texture. Some roughness but no pattern.
Use the AI Image to Material
Notice a little seam on the edges of the textures.
Turned on Preserve Tilling
Tweaked the roughness settings some
Export as tga
