Cant align images error

Hi! I am trying to use the latest photogrammetry feature in Sampler 4.0 and running into issues.

I was sent some images by a client of a person standing against a white studio backdrop in same positon and a camera taking pictures around them turntable style. The lighting isnt perfect but fairly neutral, and gets the person from all angles. I used the masking tool to generate masks and almost all of them are perfect (side note: would be amazing to have an easy tool to mask out things or make corrections on the fly for these auto generated ones, some just needed a slight brushing to fix a floater etc)

Whenever I hit next steps... no matter the settings I use low or high / sorting order etc I get the error the photos cannot be aligned and to retry. Whenever I retry I get an unknown error telling to submit a bug. I cant for the life of me figure out what is going on, I tried less images, more images etc and still get same error. If I cant use it for stuff even shot in a studio I am not sure how I can use it with some general shots from my iphone so trying to figure out what might cause this. Sadly I can't share these specific photos due to being a client project, but was just wondering in general what causes this error and what I can try on my end?

Specs: Windows 11 / Latest update of apps + drivers + OS. Brand new install of the app on new machine.

I also tried without the masks and I still get same errors sadly. Would I be able to send the image set or partial image set privately? It is currently for NDA project so I would like to avoid uploading them if possible, but maybe Adobe has a encrypted way of sharing this information with the team instead of here? If not I will probably just try some things on my end and try other photos/objects to be sure its not consistent.

Some of the shots are at a slight angle of the person so the only other thing I was going to try was to edit each photo in Photoshop to try and "straighten" them, but again I would like to believe the plugin is sophisticated enough to not need this, but worth a try to isolate the issue.

Hello,

Would it be possible to send us the dataset or a sample of it?

Did you try to submit the alignment without mask?

Thanks
