cant launch new substance sampler 4.3.0

Hello all,

 

I have updated the substance sampler to the newer version, but it cant even open it. It says program is not responding.

I closed all the other softwares i was working on but even so it crashes.

I installed the previous version and works perfectly.

Any ideia of what may be?

    Hello,

     

    thank you very much for your quick answer.

    I had deleted the folder that you told me to delete, i install it again and now it works 🙂

      Hi,

      Can you give us the specifications of your device?

      Did Sampler Launch and you get the message or did you get the message and Sampler don't even launch?

      You can try to rename (for back-up or delete this following folder:
      ~/AppData/Roaming/Allegorithmic (or Adobe)/Adobe Substance 3D Sampler
