Dirt Filter still not showing on fabric

I have tried adding the updated dirt filter to fabric but it isn't visible when added as a layer. I know there has been issues with this filter recently, has that been fixed now? Otherwise if I have my settings wrong please advise 🙂 Have included images to show before and after filter is the same. I am on 4.4.0 but I updated the dirt filter when prompted
