Floor Tiles Broken AGAIN

Please fix floor tiles and get it right.  I cannot set the gap size width to go any lower than .08 without it disappearing completely.  In previous versions I could go all the way down to .02 with a noticeable change in gap width.  I use Sampler to recreate bathroom tiles and with this limition, it is useless to me.  I'm uing 3.4.1 on Windows 10 and 11.

    Hi, 
    I understand you're frustration.
    As said before, this is members of the small development team of 3D Sampler who take take care to read and respond here. There's no dedicated people to do this and it is optional for us to do so, but we still take time to do it as we value what want and needs our users. 

    The very meaning of those threads here is that they can be upvoted to help us prioritze the bugs. 
    As you said the thread stayed empty for a long time, so it didn't appeared as a high priority. 
    Altough as I said we took it to account and will fix this as soon as we can.

    Thank you for your reply three months later.  Maybe I should tell my customers that even though I haven't responded to their concerns, it doesn't mean that I didn't read them.  That would go over really well!

     

    I just do not understand why you are continuously adding new features when the very basics are broken.  The grout width that started this thread has been a problem for almost half a year which makes it totally useless to me.  What I want to know is when it will be addressed.

    Hi,
    This is the same persons who respond here on the forum or on the support plateform, it means directly members of Adobe 3D Sampler developpment team.
    We do all we can to read all you messages and take it to account as Sampler users opinions and needs are important to us. 

    Regarding the floor tiles, we know some filters encounters issues or merit improvements and it is in our plan to improve/correct them. 

    Feel free to create a thread about filters you want/need some changes or improvments.

    Be assured even when you don't have an answer we see your messages and take it into account.

    Maybe you should contact the customer service personnel online on the official website. The staff often choose to ignore some problems they don't want to solve

    Three months now and no one from support has addressed this issue.  Also it would be nice to have the ability to change the roughness of the tile grout.
