Mesh Reconstruction Not working in Substance 3D Sampler

I'm having an issue with Substance Sampler.  I've been tryong to play around with the Photogrammetry Tool, and when I get to Mesh Reconstruction, I always get an error message (see errorimage01).

My photos aren't the problem.  A friend tried mesh reconstruction on her computer with my photos and it worked great.

I believe the issue is that my caches are going off of the cloud instead of any of my local drives.  Apparently, my User profile is all linked to OneDrive, and that's where my caches are going.
I tried to change them (the 2 caches and my 3D capture) manually to my local drive and got the same error.

Has anyone experienced this issue before with PC laptops?  I've updated my graphics card driver settings adn optimized them; my specs all appear good to run the program, I have enough space on my local drives and on the cloud (my OneDirve has 1 Terabyte of space,)
Any help would be much appreciated.

My OneDrive Cache was emptied and it still didn't work for me. Sigh.  Only got it to work by not generating a mask.

I have found, it is the Ondrive cache, now that it is empty it is working.

Hello Frederic, and sorry Mayer I missed your message.

I am not aware of a bug related to the mask generator, but Substance Sampler 3D capture heavily relies on the dataset. Therefore @Frederic32258196lzjo, I'd like to take a look at the images you've given to Sampler. I also advise you to make sure they're following our recommendations

Hi

I have exactly the same problem, but whatever I do, even without the mas activated I can't have the mesh reconstruction.

Any idea ?

Sorry for the wall of code everyone.  I couldn't attach the file.
Anyway, the problem is a mask.  So, I tried not generating masks, and was able to mesh reconstruct just fine.  Not sure about the mask generate bug and how to solve that,  but at least I know that I can get Mesh reconstruct to work sans mask generation.

It opens the explorer for you to select where you want to download the log file. You'll also find it under

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Sampler\log.txt

I went to Help>Export log, but it just opened a folder on my computer. There was nothing in the folder.

Hello @Mayet0D4D,

Thanks for the message.

Would you mind sending me your log (Help > Export log) after such an error? This way, I'll be able to learn a little bit more on what happened.

Let me know.
