Meshes Missing / Inaccessible

Hi, new here.

The meshes are not working correctly. I cannot use or see them in the viewport. I've tried importing different file types, creating various meshes, and nothing works. Am I missing something?

Thanks for your resonse. I have a Quadro P5000, which works well with Substance Painter, but perhaps not with Sampler.

Hello,

Yes, Substance Sampler uses a different viewport rendering engine than Substance Painter.

I have the SAME issue. I'm not technically gifted, but My husband is (engineer) and my computer isn't exactly "low end". I still have no idea what's going on. and just want to make my textures... *Sob*

Hello,

In this case, looks like a GPU compatibility issue.

Will confirm with the log file.

Hi,

We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
Can you share with us your log file ?
To do so go to Help menu > Export Log (it will ask you to choose the path to export it)

You can take a look at your 2D maps and especially the opacity and share a screenshot too ? (In case it is a different bug)

Thanks !
