Dear sub3d community,

I am using a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 with 16 GB ram and intel irisxe graphics. The sampler opens quickly without any trouble. loads the materials too. But it gets hang in the middle of something and goes complete blank. a white screen appears. I lost my works twice. can anyone help me with how to enable autosave or how to solve this issue? I can't attach log files as that option doesn't even appear.

I must say the resolution of query takes a lot of time here. A dedicated cx support will be appreciated. As I posted earlier my sampler is freezing and a white screen appears. I have lost 3 files because of this. PFA the log file exported after opening the program. Once a white screen appears everything is gone and I have to end the task using task manager.

Hi,

According to the log file you're low on VRAM (128MB). Substance 3D Sampler needs at least 4GB of VRAM to run properly.

You can take a look here to know more about the minimum requirements :

Feel free to ask any other questions.
Thank you
