Substance 3d sampling device does not respond to the creation of a document.

After starting Sampler, everything is fine, as soon as I click create a new document, the application runs for a couple of seconds and stops responding indefinitely. Reinstalling does not help, Substance painter and designer work fine, the programs are purchased in steam. What should I do about it?
