Windows issues, Sampler 3D capture shows Focal Length in Pixels

I saw in a friend's Window's machine too, Sampler in 3D Capture workflow does not render any images and shows Focal Length in pixels units (instead of mm) in the menu. Either an OS issue, or a bug?
