Hi all, make sure to update to Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.7.0 20260429.m.3521 d10d509 arm64 (beta, PublicBeta). This issue has been resolved. If you are still having issues, please start a new thread so we can track it.

It’s even worse than it was. After the update, the generation feature is now completely unavailable.

Version 27.7 (3511) has just been released and it fixes the bug, but at least for me, since I have the language in Spanish, the icon to view the credits has disappeared, which was present in version 3501.

Hi all, the teams are aware of this and the workaround is to roll back to 27.6. There will be a new build on Monday which has the fix in so please update Monday and let us know if things are back.

No way of choosing the generative model, default is Gemini 3 which costs more credits. I can’t even select the Adobe models.

Furthermore, if I click the icon to view generative credits, it reappears every time I try to open a new file, even without me touching it. I have to close Photoshop for it to stop.

Appears in the Beta version (27.7) which I updated yesterday, in the last 27.6 (3501) it did not happen.
