Color issue still in Ps Beta.

This still appears to not be fixed. If I open files with Graphic Processor off they load correctly If I turn it back on they open super saturated in the mail view. Switching Image modes doesn't help me.

      Do you happen to be using dual monitors, with one SDR and another HDR? That was the cause of the issue for me. Primary monitor I used PS on was SDR, secondary was HDR, but photoshop was using the HDR dynamic range on the SDR monitor, causing the colour issue for me. I disabled HDR on the second monitor, launched Photoshop, when it was opened I could then re-enable HDR on the 2nd monitor and everything was good (except for if I tried to put photoshop on that 2nd monitor with HDR enabled, then it looked bad, but if I leave HDR off it is fine). Assuming its the same issue I encountered, and finally figured out the solution while replying to your post earlier but then ended up going down a rabbit hole. Even if using a single monitor and it happens to be HDR, try turning HDR off.

        I do have a dual screen set up but I dont have HDR setup on the hardware or software that I can find. Where did you have it turned on?

        Windows Display settings. Right click desktop → Display Settings. 

         

        Check both displays shown to see if one potentially has HDR on. In my situation, it was the display that didn’t support HDR that had the issue, while the HDR monitor had it ON was fine. If were to start photoshop right now, the SDR monitor colors would be messed up. If I shut HDR off, start photoshop, then the SDR monitor is fine. I can turn HDR back on once Photoshop opens, but if I move photoshop to the HDR monitor after doing that, it will have the opposite problem with everything being too dark. 

         

        HDR changes the dynamic range, so rather than being 0 to 1, it is like 0 to ~1.612, but Photoshop isn’t correctly detecting when it is on the SDR or HDR monitor, so it is using the 0 to ~1.612 dynamic range on the monitor that expect 0 to 1, which ends up causing all the weirdness. Shutting off the Graphics Processor fixes it, but makes PS so painful to work with. 

         

        Another thing you can check is the System Info under help. It shows display info, and you can see the different dynamic range between my two monitors, which seems to be where the issue stems from:

        I am obvious assuming we are describing the same issue, but “super saturated” seems like one way to describe the blown out colors.

          Thanks for replying. I’ve had to revert to Beta 27.9.0 to contine working but I have Photoshop 27.10.0 installed and it still has the problem.
