contextual taskbar

I hate that the "contextual taskbar" icon is constantly interfering with my work...it's blocking me in the middle, to the right, to the left, on top of objects, everywhere...it's really ridiculous.

    Then turn it off.

    I don't want to close it because I need it...when I drag it to the right, it stubbornly comes back to the center...it's a really terrible bug.  But I found the solution... Thumbtack...Thankss
