Dark Grey Interface creates screen flickering and makes the screen darker in Beta and PS Stable

Dark Grey Interface creates screen flickering and makes the screen darker both in Beta and PS Stable

Setting the UI back to normal light grey seems to fix the issue, but I prefer working in dark grey. 

Windows 11, PC, Dell Laptop.
