Eliminar fondo no funciona.

Hola @CShubert , no es necesario crear un nuevo usuario en Windows ya que, como te he comentado antes, pasa lo mismo en otro ordenador (ya es otro usuario de admin). Para que entiendas, esto ocurre en el ordenador del trabajo y en el ordenador que tengo en casa. Dos sitios distintos, dos usuarios de Windows distintos, dos IP distintos...todo es diferente. Entiendo que es un bug, que, igual con suerte, se solucionara con alguna actualizacion.

Hi @julian_7224 thank you for the update. The icon at the end of the file denotes that something has happened to the file, so work has been done, and if you save the file it will go away...

One last thing to see if your Windows user account is having issue is to create a new Admin account, log in and launch Ps Beta, does the same issue happen? We are grabbing at things now as this is very odd and not repeateable on our side, so it is very hard to diagnose.

Hola @CShubert , te comparto las pantallas con el error que sale tras intentar eliminar el fondo. Esto pasa con absolutamente todas las fotos, no solo con 1 en concreto. Da igual la imagen, pasa lo mismo con todas. 

Tras intentar probar distintas maneras, me he dado cuenta que una vez intentado, al final del nombre del archivo sale la marca "*". te lo enseño con una flecha.

He probado cambiar tambien el modo de imagen de RGB a CMYK y tampoco funciona.... Es muy raro ya que antes no pasaba esto y ahora me pasa lo mismo en dos ordenadores distintos. Igual el problema es la cuenta y no el programa? No lo se...

@julian_7224 could you share the image you are having this issue with so we can test, or could you do a screen recording of your workflow when you see this issue?  We need to try to recreate to understand why this might be happening for you.  

To be sure, you said you have the same issue on two different computers both with the same version of Ps Beta?

Does this issue happen with all images or just this one, or...? Are you able to remove the background of any images in Ps Beta?

Hola @CShubert, he probado lo que comentabas, pero no funciona. Sigo teniendo el mismo problema con el Beta del PS. He bajado el uso de la memoria RAM, he reiniciado el ordenador y nada, sigue con el mismo fallo. Al raiz de este probelam, he probado en otro ordenador y pasa absolutamente lo mismo, y solo con el Beta. Con la version oficial no existe este problema en ninguno de los dos ordenadores. Thank you for the info @julian_7224, one thing we see is your RAM on the machine is at the lower end and could be an issue with memory intensive tasks.  Even though it works in Ps release version, it is possible that the Beta app is using more due to newer featues and how they are running.

One option is to go into Ps Beta prefs and in Performace set Ps to use LESS RAM and see how that works.  Ultimately we are trying to find a way to allow your computer to work with the limited RAM.

Hi @julian_7224 testing here and not seeing this issue.  A couple things:

1. Are you using the latest Ps Beta?  Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.2.0 20251109.m.3288 7a0357a arm64 (beta, PublicBeta)

2. Do you have the same issue with Ps release version?

1. Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
/Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)

Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.
