Generative Enhance fails when using Topaz Gigapixel model

OS: Windows 11 64-bit (10.0.26200)

Description

When attempting to use Generative Enhance with the Topaz Gigapixel model, the process stalls near completion and ultimately fails.

The progress bar reaches the final stage and remains stuck for an extended period before displaying an error message stating that the request could not be completed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an image in Photoshop (Beta).

2. Go to Generative Enhance.

3. Select Model: Topaz Gigapixel.

4. Choose any scaling option (2× or 4×).

5. Toggle Face Recovery on or off (issue occurs regardless of setting).

6. Click Enhance.

Expected result

The image should be enhanced and upscaled successfully.

Actual result

• Progress bar reaches the end and stalls.

• After a long delay, the process fails.

• Error message appears:
  “Encontramos um problema e não podemos concluir sua solicitação no momento. Tente novamente.” (We encountered a problem and cannot complete your request at this time. Please try again.) 

Frequency

Occurs consistently (100% of attempts).

Additional notes

• Issue persists regardless of scaling factor or Face Recovery setting.

• Appears to fail during the final processing/upload stage.

• Screenshot of the error message attached.
