Moving artboards with guide layouts changes the position of the guides

The guides I have set on artboards don’t stay aligned when I rearrange them. The guides are still there, but they are outside of the canvas/artboard.

    Hi ​@budclary If you created those guides without having the artboard selected, it will create them outside of it.  If you have the artboard selected and then add a guide layout, they will move with that artboard.

    I just tested it on a new document and the guides fell out of alignment when I rearranged the artboards.
