Opening images from Bridge to Photoshop beta isn’t working

When I am in Bridge, I have set the option to open images automatically into Photoshop Beta. When I do this the first time it seems to work fine, but when I select new images to open it fails to open them.

The Photoshop Beta then fails to quit and I have to force quit and restart

I’ve updated to the latest version of Bridge and Photoshop Beta, I’ve closed everything down and rebooted my system and I am still experiencing the same problems.

    Make sure to update Ps Beta

    Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.7.0 20260415.m.3506 55a492a  arm64 (beta, PublicBeta)

    You should also make sure you have the latest Bridge: v 16. 0.3

    Then test opening a file from Bridge to Ps release version… any issues? 

    You could also try to reset Bridge preferences to see if the issues lies in Bridge

    1. Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:
    /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)
    /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/Adobe\ Photoshop\ \(Beta\)\ Settings (Mac)


    C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings


    Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut
    With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

    2. It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

    I’ve tried to find the way to reset the prefs, but I can’t figure out the different settings are. In my library I have no /Preferences/
