OK. The issue most of us are having is that we do not have the setting in the Amin console under our EDU Adobe accounts for Non-Adobe generative Ai models. My question: Is your account an educational adobe account?

Previously, my updated Photoshop 2026 could not use the generative AI model from a third-party provider. But after I changed the setting on the Admin Panel that allows Photoshop to use "Non-Adobe generative AI models," it is working. I can use "Topaz Gigapixel" to upscale the photo in Photoshop now.

We have a pretty strong IT team and they said everything is good on their end, that we need to work with Adobe on this known issue.

Hi I' m using the premium features, but I still cannot use nano banana in Photoshop, it said "Your system administrator isn't allowing access to this feature right now. Please contact them for more information." but I am the administrator... please help
