P: After creating "New window" for the same document the brush stops working

Thank you for reporting this issue and working with Kevin on some troubleshooting ideas.  I can also reproduce this behavior on my machine so I’m going to report this as a bug.

@Kevin StohlmeyerThanks for the tip! I wasn't aware of it, but unfortunately it didn't fix the error.

What I tried:

1) My NVIDIA Control panel don't have the preferred GPU option, so I couldn't change it there (Instead of 1-Select App, 2-Choose GPU, 3-Toggle features my panel have just 1-Select App, 2-Toggle feaures). There were some settings in the list allowing me to choose the 3080, but there was no alternative option.

2) The Windows main control panel allowed me to choose between the two graphic cards - but after restarting Photoshop the issue was still present.

3) In the Device Manager I have disabled the Intel Graphics Card - and again restarted Photoshop, but still the same issue.

@Vit Kovalcik as suspected, you have two GPUs - one underpowered (Intel 730) and your main one. This could be causing your issue and would explain why turning off the GPU resolves.
