P: Arrow, not Brush on Select and Mask. Updated after supposedly fixed.

My Photoshop was last updated on 8/23/2023.

Operating System - Windows 10

Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.0.0 20230727.m.2257 47ac892 x64

I am using Real-time Refinement, with the black and white view.

I made my selection with select subject.

When I select on the brush to refine, (2nd brush down), I only get an arrow, not a brush. 

Using that arrow, I get SPOTS rather than a smooth flow for the refine.

I have updated since the the theoretical fix date, but am still having the same issue.

It is not a problem in the non-beta version.
