P: Beta 25.10.0.2632 will not start - DLL errors

When launching Beta 25.10.0.2632 I am getting:  

dvacore.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or is contains an error

AdobeOwl.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or is contains an error

And the program will not start. 

This started after the latest update.  Previously worked fine.
